Our brilliant Year 7 team, JJ, Alisa, Evie and Elliot shone at the King Charles School Spelling Bee, making it a fantastic MAT celebration of talent, teamwork and confidence.
All four students represented Lacon Childe with enthusiasm and skill. Alisa, Evie and Elliot powered through to Round 2 with confident correct spellings.
Elliot advanced all the way to Round 4, finishing joint 3rd overall, an incredible achievement.
Great MAT Spirit: The event was upbeat, friendly and full of healthy competition across the Trust.
A huge well done to all involved , a brilliant opportunity to connect across the MAT and celebrate our students’ confidence, courage and spelling superpowers. #represent #commitment #ambition #lovelacon
