The PTA is made-up by a group of volunteers (parents and carers) who work hard each year to fundraise for extra items and events to enrich the learning experience of the pupils at Lacon Childe School.
Each year we help to run and organise the Borders Classic Bike Show and this year we raised just under £3000. Next year's show is planned for 14th September 2025. We continue to run an on-line school lottery and we also have an easyfundraising page which is a simple way to raise funds when doing your on-line shopping, and have regular Rags 2 Riches collections and other fundrasing events throughout the year.
